Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Eazibiz. By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms.
Subscriptions & billing
Access is provided on a subscription basis billed in Kenyan Shillings via M-PESA. If a subscription is unpaid, overdue or paused, access to your storefront and admin dashboard may be suspended until it is settled.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Eazibiz lawfully and not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to bypass access or billing controls.
Your content & data
You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us the permissions needed to host and process it to provide the service.
Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the current billing period.
